This is a beautiful carved
wooden cat doll from Tyber
Katz
1987 Prarie Katz Edition. She
(or he) has pretty yellow green eyes
and grey and white markings.
She is 17" Tall. Signed and
dated 1987 # 69/350
Included are the two outfits shown. A male outfit with handknit sweater vest &
female outfit with dress bonnet apron and pantaloons.
Comes with signed Certificate
of Authenticity.
Doll will be completely
refreshed with new whiskers
before shipping.

A golden tabby with gold
eyes.She has a very sweet
expression.
16" tall Cloth French
style body with tiny waist.
She has two outfits. A
teal/aqua Thai
changeable silk blouse
with antique lace
matching lined silk velvet
skirt. She has a custom made
solid sterling brooch.
Her
second outfit is a stunning
all silk tailored French dress
made for the Les Chats French
Fashion Edition. It is made
from a lovely ivory linen silk
and a
soft and scrumptious silk
matelasse. Her handmade hat
matches either outfit and
has silk ribbon and ostrich
feather embellishments.
The teal outfit is in
excellent condition. The ivory
dress has some imperfections,
though hardly noticable. Two
tiny holes (probably moth)
near the bottom of the skirt
on one side.

The beautiful Tyber fainting
couch is all handcarved and
ulpholstered by Peter Tyber.
He made only 2 or 3 of these
in the mid 1980's to accompany
the Les Chats editions.This
is the couch that was used in
the photos for various books
and publications.
It's carved from solid pine
and stained. The fabric is a
silk velvet.
There are a couple of areas
where the nap of the velvet is
slightly worn.
There are no holes or tears.
Couch dimensions: 9"
wide and 21" Long
x 9" Tall
